Parents call a pediatric clinic at all hours to ask about doctors, opening hours and free slots, and to book, move or cancel visits. Every call answered by hand is time taken from the patients in the room, and a slot promised on the phone has to match the real schedule exactly.

We built Maria, an AI receptionist who speaks Bulgarian and switches to English when needed. She answers questions about hours, location and doctors, recommends the right specialist for a complaint, checks real free slots in the clinic's SuperDoc system and confirms a booking only after SuperDoc has accepted it. She can also move and cancel appointments, reading the details back first, and transfers urgent or medical questions to staff. After every call, a check compares what she said with the actual schedule and fixes any mismatch. Two outbound agents handle appointment confirmations and callbacks.

The clinic's phone line is connected live to SuperDoc: appointments are written into the real calendar in under two seconds, staff receive a summary and recording of every call, and the team sees everything in its own dashboard.
