We built an automated appointment system tailored to the hospital from scratch. At its core is an AI voice agent that speaks fluent Bulgarian and acts as the reception's telephone assistant. Connected to the appointment database, it finds free slots automatically and offers patients concrete dates and times.

Missed bookings dropped close to zero, and no-shows fell thanks to automatic SMS reminders. Manual telephone work fell by more than 60%, allowing the hospital to cut extra shifts. Operating costs for reception and scheduling dropped by about 45%.
