The Challenge
Proveren Biznes certifies companies that pass a verification review. Reaching hundreds of companies by phone to share the preliminary result and offer the certificate is repetitive work that a sales team cannot scale.
Our Solution
We built Dimitar, an outbound Bulgarian AI agent that works through the company list in the client's CRM. Each call opens with a clear AI and recording disclosure, presents the founder's own script, asks whether the company wants a written offer and confirms the email address, then writes the result back to the CRM. An inbound agent answers return calls, and a dashboard shows the offer pipeline and every call.
Results
The agent passed all 22 of 22 test scenarios before launch and runs on the client's existing CRM, with every call outcome recorded automatically.
