The Challenge
Navlux builds software for freight forwarders. Its platform needed to read incoming order emails and PDFs reliably, keep shipments, customers and carriers correctly linked, and support a sales team that needed a proper CRM and a way for prospects to book meetings.
Our Solution
We developed and repaired the platform: AI reading of order emails and PDFs into shipments and carrier orders, company-registry lookups and data clean-up. We also built a sales CRM for the team and a campaign landing page with direct calendar booking.
Results
After the work, 464 of 471 orders were fully linked, carrier payment dates were corrected so none of 496 were wrong, customer records were completed and 105 automated tests guard the platform.
