Metal Group BG's sales team handles a steady stream of enquiries about quantities, availability, delivery and existing orders, while finance has to chase overdue invoices across a long customer list. Both jobs are repetitive phone work that pulled people away from selling and from resolving real disputes.

We built two Bulgarian voice agents. The inbound agent is a short sales assistant: it takes enquiries about quantity, availability, delivery and orders, never quotes prices, stock or deadlines on its own, and passes a clean summary to the sales team. The outbound agent works through the overdue-invoice list from a scheduler, asks for a payment date and records the answer. A dashboard shows every call, transcript and result, plus the outbound schedule.

In its first two working days, the outbound agent made 160 calls to 113 companies and reached the right person on 87 of them. It collected 26 payment commitments, 16 customers confirmed they had already paid and 5 disputed invoices were flagged for the team. 21 follow-up calls were queued automatically for the next day.
