Future Line Instal

Future Line Instal is an ANRE-authorised company providing services and inspections for gas installations. It needed an efficient way to prospect the market and find contracts, especially for apartment blocks in Bucharest. Done the traditional way, that would take a large team of sales agents calling hundreds or thousands of contacts every day.

We deployed an outbound AI voice agent that automates prospecting. It contacts potential customers, briefly presents the service, asks qualifying questions and identifies real opportunities. Instead of people spending their day on repetitive calls and cold leads, the AI makes first contact and passes on only the leads with potential.

The agent removed the need for a team of roughly 10 sales agents calling manually every day. In the first month the system contributed to more than €7,000 in revenue, proving that automated outbound prospecting can produce real commercial results very quickly.
