Estia Gnosis

Estia Gnosis advises businesses and individuals on EU and national subsidies, runs seminars and operates a job-placement office. Callers have very different needs, and each type of appointment has its own rules, duration and fee, which made phone booking slow and error-prone.

We built Natalia, a Greek-speaking AI agent. She sorts each caller into the right service, always states the consultation fee before booking, and books, moves and cancels appointments in the company's Google Calendar, colour-coded by appointment type and within each type's allowed hours. When a caller prefers a callback, she captures the request, and the system rejects incomplete phone numbers. A summary email follows every call, and a dashboard shows the full history.

Booking runs directly in the calendar the team already uses, with the right appointment type, duration and colour every time, and the team receives a written summary of each call.
