Amel International Group wanted to aggressively expand its client base and penetrate new markets. The challenge was the sheer volume of cold-calling required. Reaching tens of thousands of potential clients every day is far beyond the capacity of any traditional sales team. Even with a dedicated telesales department, there were hard logistical and cost limits.

We deployed an outbound AI voice agent capable of handling a titanic volume of calls with robotic precision. The agent simultaneously places thousands of calls across multiple lines to prospect lists. The conversation script was co-developed with the Amel team, incorporating details about their wood and PVC product offerings and adapting dynamically based on each client's profile. A custom real-time monitoring dashboard was also developed.

Amel scaled from a few hundred calls per day to 10,000+ automated daily calls, a 3,000% increase in outreach capacity. The cost per call dropped to a fraction of what a human agent would cost. To match the current call volume manually, Amel would have needed to hire over 100 operators working in shifts.
