The Challenge
AltenPflege BG talks to three very different groups every day: new caregiver candidates, caregivers already working in Germany, and German families looking for care. Each conversation follows a detailed checklist, and calls arrive in Bulgarian and German at all hours.
Our Solution
We built Maria, an AI agent who speaks Bulgarian, German and English. She follows the agency's own numbered checklists for candidates, working caregivers and families, checks open positions, records callback requests and transfers to staff, immediately when a caller asks for a person by name. An outbound agent offers open positions to candidates. Every call produces a summary email with a recording link, and the dashboard includes a German CV print-out and an online questionnaire for families.
Results
The agency's main line is answered at any hour in the caller's language, every intake follows the same checklist, and staff receive a complete written record of each call.
