Built by People, Not a Corporation
VoiceAgentAI.ca is not the product of a large technology company. It is the work of a small, focused team that operates across multiple European markets with direct client relationships and a product they believe in.
Two members of our team who met at Tilburg University in the Netherlands. All working with clients on a daily basis.
Monica Dimitrova: Sales Team
Monica is from Bulgaria. She is in her third year studying Online Culture at Tilburg University, with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Strategy.
Her work is entirely client-facing. She works with businesses in Bulgaria to understand their specific situations before proposing any solution. She believes that a sales conversation that starts with listening produces better outcomes than one that starts with a pitch.
Monica's focus is Bulgaria. Her approach is direct, relationship-first, and grounded in knowing exactly what each client needs before they finish explaining it.
Dimitar Deliatanasov: Sales Team
Dimitar is also from Bulgaria. He studies International Business Administration at Tilburg University.
He drives sales and partnership development in the Bulgarian market. His focus is on building trust from the first conversation and sustaining it through the entire client relationship. He thinks in terms of long-term partnerships rather than individual transactions.
Dimitar believes that strong business relationships are the actual foundation of sustainable growth. Every client he works with gets that as a starting point.
What We Share
We come from different countries and different academic backgrounds. We ended up at the same university and the same conviction: intelligent voice automation should be within reach of every business in Europe, regardless of size or budget.
That shared belief is what VoiceAgentAI.ca is built on.
